Are you an experienced, client-focused esthetician with a passion for delivering results-driven treatments and creating exceptional front-desk experiences? OMNI SCULPT MD is looking for a talented professional to join our team in a unique Hybrid Esthetician/Patient Care Coordinator role.

Who You Are:

• A licensed esthetician with 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
• Moxi Laser
• BBL Laser
• Hydrafacials
• Microneedling
• Chemical Peels
• Confident in your clinical skills and passionate about educating clients on skincare.
• Equally comfortable managing front desk operations and providing 5-star customer service.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury aesthetic environment.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments (Moxi, BBL, Microneedling, Hydrafacials, Chemical Peels)
• Conduct in-depth skincare consultations and treatment planning
• Maintain treatment rooms and ensure all protocols are followed
• Support providers with pre- and post-treatment patient care
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and product recommendations

Front Desk / Patient Coordinator Duties:

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmation calls
• Assist with treatment education, follow-up, and payment processing
• Maintain the flow of the schedule and support the team where needed
• Handle phone inquiries and offer expert-level knowledge of services and skincare
• Lead nurturing and follow up to book appointments and get people in the door
• Support social media and marketing efforts with content and testimonials

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician (Texas)
• 3+ years of experience with lasers and advanced skincare treatments
• Knowledge of skincare brands, medical-grade products, and treatment modalities
• Experience with EMR systems (Aesthetic Record preferred)
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Strong sales ability and passion for aesthetics
