Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. seeks candidates for the DOD SkillBridge Medical Equipment Technician Internship. You will learn to inspect, maintain, calibrate and repair a range of medical devices under supervision.

You’ll complete paperwork for billing and regulatory compliance, and discuss device features with clinical staff. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; travel and flexible hours are expected across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices.
• Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and required regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.
