Agiliti Health, Inc. offers a DOD SkillBridge Medical Equipment Technician Internship to transitioning service members, aiming to place you into a 4–6 month program that aligns with our workforce needs under the guidance of a Biomedical Equipment Technician or supervisor.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair, plus mentorship, training plans, and opportunities to advance across multiple Agiliti locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and emergency off-hours for a 24/7 schedule.
• Able to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair on a variety of medical devices.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
