Job summary

Agiliti seeks a Biomedical Equipment Technician I to perform cost-effective maintenance on medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring devices function correctly and comply with requirements.

You will handle calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs, plus accurate documentation for billing and regulatory needs. This role supports a 24/7 schedule and may require travel and on-site visits to Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military training or CBET certification.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of networks and equipment interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair medical devices on-site at customer locations.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
