Job summary

Agiliti, Norman Regional Health System, is seeking a Biomedical Technician I to inspect, calibrate, and repair a range of medical devices. You will document work for billing and regulatory compliance and communicate device capabilities to clinical staff.

This full-time role requires an associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or biomedical equipment technology, or CBET/military equivalents, plus driver’s license and flexibility for after-hours work and periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CBET/equivalent military training required.
• CBET certification or military equivalent accepted.
• Basic computer skills; understanding of networks and equipment interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; 24/7 on-call as needed.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, sit or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, calibrate, and repair medical devices with attention to cost efficiency.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing and compliance.
• Communicate equipment features and functionality with clinical staff.
