Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician I in Norman Regional Health System to perform cost-effective inspection, calibration, maintenance and repair on medical devices, ensuring they operate per manufacturer specifications.

You will support a 24/7 schedule, communicate with clinical staff, complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance, and travel as needed to support equipment service across facilities. High school diploma required; valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and emergency off-hours.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices including medical beds, infusion pumps, patient monitoring equipment, etc.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and promptly for billing and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clinical staff on equipment features, functionality, etc.
