Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery, setup, and education regarding home medical equipment for customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current HME products, services, and applicable regulations.
• Educate customers on proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment.
• Complete documentation for equipment setup, delivery, or pickups.
• Assist with customer equipment issues, process orders, promote services, and ensure reimbursement documentation.
• Maintain home oxygen systems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety protocols.
• Drive company vehicle safely and maintain it appropriately.
• Perform patient assessments and re-assessments, and handle emergency situations as needed.
• Adhere to infection control, PPE, and confidentiality policies.
• Participate in on-call duties and ongoing training.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level sales, customer service, or healthcare technician experience; military or delivery driver experience with sales component is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.

Physical and Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
• Able to perform physical labor, including bending, stooping, and crouching.
• Long periods of sitting, driving, and exposure to various environmental conditions.
• Must be able to access patient residences independently.
• Effective communication skills and emotional resilience.
