Job summary

Agiliti Iowa City District is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to drive to healthcare locations, deliver and manage medical equipment, and ensure accurate processing and testing. You will educate customers at delivery, complete paperwork for billing and inventory, and support 24/7 scheduling as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds; prior service in hospitals is helpful; benefits include health insurance, 401K, and paid

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers; retrieve equipment for return to the office.
Educate and engage customers at time of delivery about equipment features and usage.
Complete all paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
