Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Indianapolis district to deliver medical equipment to healthcare locations, ensure proper handling, and support inventory and documentation. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and comfort with a 3:30pm–10:30pm shift.

You will educate customers on equipment use, complete records for billing and regulatory compliance, and join a team with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in healthcare equipment

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds; stand/walk long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and transport equipment back to the office.
• Educate and engage customers about features and functionality at delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
