Job summary

Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver, service and pick up rental medical equipment across assigned markets. The role requires hands-on equipment testing, meticulous cleaning and disinfecting, and coordination with Central Dispatch to meet customer needs.

You'll operate a 26-foot box truck, maintain safety standards, and travel up to 250 miles daily in a 24/7 environment on a Monday–Friday 2:00pm–11:00pm shift (with every other weekend).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel overnight for product transfers within markets.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and preliminary/random drug screening.
• Willing to operate in a 24/7 environment on a specific shift.
• Experience in a service industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communications and customer service skills.
• Meet competency to operate a 26-foot box truck and maintain safe driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, service and pick-up medical equipment from facilities.
• Prepare equipment for patient use with maintenance, disinfecting and testing.
• Maintain communication with central dispatch regarding customer orders.
• Initiate and maintain positive interactions with all customers.
• Accurately complete daily reporting requirements.
• Meet all competency expectations to operate a 26-foot box truck; safe driving.
• Be able to drive 10-250 miles daily.
