Job summary

Kreg Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a dependable Field Service Representative to deliver, set up, service, and retrieve rental medical equipment for hospital partners.

You will operate a 28-foot box truck, coordinate routes, and provide professional customer service while maintaining equipment to high standards. The role supports patient care in fast-paced hospital environments with a 2nd shift of 4pm-1am, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 28-foot box truck and travel locally.
• Deliver, set up, service, and retrieve specialty medical equipment.
• Coordinate routes and assignments with Central Dispatch.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital staff and clinical teams.
• Assist customers with basic equipment operation and functionality.
