Kreg Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a dependable Field Service Representative to deliver, set up, service, and retrieve specialty rental medical equipment at hospital locations. The role combines driving, equipment maintenance, and customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The FSR will safely operate a 28-foot box truck, travel locally, and coordinate with Central Dispatch while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities.
• Basic computer skills incl. email and mobile apps.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, service, and retrieve specialty medical equipment at hospital locations.
• Safely operate a 28-foot box truck and travel daily.
• Coordinate routes with Central Dispatch.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service to hospital staff.
• Assist customers with basic equipment operation and functionality.
• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and prepare equipment for patient use.
