Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Field Service Technician I to ensure patient readiness of medical products across Baxter service centers and customer locations. Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, performing function checks, and minor repairs, with travel to sites as needed.

You will also train hospital staff on Baxter products and maintain a safe, organized workspace. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 65 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and DOT physical card.

Responsibilities

• Move and inspect medical products within Baxter service centers and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on Baxter products.
• Provide on-call coverage up to 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
• Navigate electronic devices to enter or retrieve information.
• Demonstrate Baxter products to hospital staff and caregivers.
• Sustain a clean and safe work environment with 5S practices.
• Operate a company vehicle ranging from cargo van to large trucks.
• Lift and carry up to 65 pounds with proper safety procedures.
