Job summary

KR Wolfe Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Installation Technician to install, integrate, service, troubleshoot, and support a range of medical equipment and healthcare technology systems in hospitals nationwide.

Responsibilities include assembling and integrating clinical equipment, running low-voltage cabling, reading blueprints, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with project teams to meet schedules. Travel is extensive, and hands-on, mechanical aptitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or installation diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100% nationwide.
• Ability to lift, move, and install heavy equipment in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, integrate, troubleshoot, relocate, and support a variety of medical equipment and healthcare technology systems.
• Install medical equipment including surgical lights, booms, displays, cameras, and AV systems.
• Perform healthcare renovation activities including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, cabinetry, and millwork.
• Pull, route, dress, label, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, fiber, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, reflected ceiling plans, wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and project specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and testing; ensure safety and quality.
