Job summary

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Tech (Full-Time) in Washington, IN. You will deliver medical equipment, assist customers in-store, and help maintain patient care plans while learning the products and services we offer.

Excellent customer service, reliability, and a valid driver's license are essential. This on-site role includes a mix of delivery, in-store assistance, and basic patient education responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• On-site role requiring customer service and delivery duties.

Responsibilities

Description

The Delivery Driver/Sales Assoc drives a company vehicle to deliver products and also works in the store assisting customers in identifying the best medical equipment and supplies. We supply the delivery vehicle, you bring the smile!

Duties include:

• Maintain patient care plans based on physician and assessment findings.
• Monitor patient’s responses.
• Assists in the returning or pulling of equipment and supplies from the warehouse.
• Educate patients on how to safely use the provided equipment.
• Update patient information in a confidential manner.
