Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a delivery professional to transport, assemble, deliver, and retrieve durable medical equipment for patients. You will document accurately, maintain equipment and vehicles, and provide responsive service. After-hours coverage may be required.

Responsibilities include completing delivery records, supporting inventory, and ensuring compliant documentation while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain service records, delivery documentation, and billing-related paperwork.
• Configure, test, assemble, and deliver medical equipment to patients.
• Support inventory by documenting patient equipment and supply orders.
• Maintain delivery activity logs and verify recipient identification as per policy.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload medical equipment and oxygen products.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and operationally ready.
• Provide high level customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Participate in after-hours and on-call coverage as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
