Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Jacksonville, FL, to safely load, deliver, and manage medical equipment for our district office. You will educate customers about equipment features and ensure timely, accurate documentation for billing and inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Basic computer skills are needed to complete data entry and paperwork.

• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate customers at delivery on features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
