Job summary

Agiliti in Tampa is seeking a Customer Service Technician I to support delivery and equipment management for healthcare locations. You will drive to facilities, load and deliver equipment, educate customers on features, and complete paperwork for billing and inventory.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to support a 24/7 schedule.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and return equipment to the office.
• Educate and engage customers about the features and functionality of the equipment at delivery.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
