Description

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Medical Oxygen Service Technician to join our team. The technician acts as the company's representative, providing empathetic and accurate communication to support patients' health and quality of life. Responsibilities include educating patients on equipment use, troubleshooting, checking in with patients for safe use, and building trust through face-to-face interactions.

A Day in the Life:

• Make deliveries in a straight truck or van, up to 16 feet in length.
• Deliver and educate on the safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient's residence.
• Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy.
• Resolve patient equipment problems as needed.

Qualifications

Our top candidates must have:

• Current state-issued driver's license. Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are preferred but not mandatory; assistance can be provided to obtain necessary endorsements.
• Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record.
• Pass a mandated drug test, physical capability test, and DOT Physical.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
