Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate to join our team. You will safely transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients’ homes, ensuring timely deliveries and top-notch safety and service.

This full-time role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with travel across designated service areas. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in the delivery of medical equipment is a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload durable medical equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure that equipment is secured properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up durable medical equipment at healthcare facilities and patient’s residences.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive delivery schedules and updates.
• Provide basic instructions to clients on initial use of installed equipment.
