Job summary

Your Health Organization in the United States is hiring a Delivery Medical Associate to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patient homes. The role requires safe driving, route planning, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries.

As a full-time Driver, you will operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with daily travel between offices and care sites. Valid license, clean record, and ability to lift heavy equipment are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Experience in medical equipment delivery preferred.
Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Able to travel between offices and facilities.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Load and unload durable medical equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
Ensure equipment is secured properly to prevent damage during transportation.
Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
Install and set up durable medical equipment at healthcare facilities and patient’s residences.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive delivery schedules and updates.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times.
