Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate (Driver) to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients in the designated service area. This full-time role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with travel across offices and facilities as needed.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, equipment installation, route planning, and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Delivery of medical equipment experience a plus; ability to lift/move heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload equipment onto the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure equipment is secured during transport.
• Verify and document condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up equipment at facilities and patients' residences.
• Provide basic instructions on initial use of installed equipment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and updates.
• Address client inquiries professionally and maintain records of deliveries.
