Overview and Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for tasks and communication related to patient information concerning durable medical equipment and respiratory products and supplies, interacting with patients/clients, co-workers, and referral sources related to patient services and third-party reimbursement.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Additional requirements include regular attendance, ability to work cooperatively, polite interaction with patients and referral sources, multitasking, and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Education and/or Experience:
Skills and Competencies: Accurate math, effective communication, confidentiality, multitasking, organization, self-motivation, and teamwork.
Machines and Technical Skills: Email, internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic office equipment.
