Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
• 2–5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate visiting students’ rotations and observer ships.
• Coordinate activities for non-ACGME fellowships and recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate internal departmental awards process for trainees and junior faculty.
• Serve as liaison between faculty, students, residents and fellows and hospital administration.
• Manage department external events including scheduling, conferencing, and refreshments; publish lecture calendars.
