Job summary

NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island in Mineola seeks a Program Coordinator to support academic policy matters, Office of Medical Education, and student records. The role coordinates tasks, provides administrative support, and assists with event planning and LMS and SIS management.

The successful candidate will help manage course catalogs, enrollment, grade reporting, and curriculum scheduling, while ensuring updates to course information and reports.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field or equivalent
• 1-3 years progressively responsible experience in education or healthcare
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of student information systems and strong computer skills
• Ability to follow institutional policies and engage in continuous quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Medical Education Programs.
• Coordinate course catalogs, student enrollment records, and grading; assist with reports.
• Assist with scheduling, curriculum management, and event coordination.
• Support orientation for new students and issuing ID badges and access.
• Manage learning management and student information systems data and updates
