Advantage Technical is seeking a Medical Education Program Coordinator in Maple Grove, MN to support customer training, physician education programs, and medical event operations. The role requires experience in event coordination, training programs, or project management within regulated healthcare industries.

You will handle registrations, travel logistics, and ensure compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in event coordination, training programs, education management, or project management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support medical education programs, including in-person, virtual, observation, and live broadcast events.
• Manage participant registration, travel, lodging, scheduling, and event logistics.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, faculty, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Track and maintain compliance documentation, contracts, service requests, expense reporting, and payment processing.
• Support training equipment preparation, transportation, and setup for educational programs and industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Pay: Up to $47/hour

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
