Job summary

Coloplast seeks a Professional Education Manager to lead end-to-end educational strategy for medical devices, including launches, curriculum development, and global collaboration with international KOLs.

The role partners with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and Field Sales to ensure compliant, effective education across regions. Some travel and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of continuing professional education, adult education principles, and instructional design.
• Clinical acumen and relationship building abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel (30-40%).
• Experience launching medical device education programs and content.
• Collaborative mindset and remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement educational curriculum and platforms addressing HCP adoption and learning needs.
• Develop globally-accessible materials adaptable for diverse regions.
• Lead end-to-end educational strategy, launch strategy, and content build.
• Manage events, faculty training, budget and post-event evaluations.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Field Sales.
• Develop content for Coloplast Professional Online Portal and launches.
• Oversee KOL relationships and faculty onboarding for education programs.
