Berkshire Medical Center is seeking an Associate Manager to the Director of Medical Education (DIO) in the Office of Medical Education. You will oversee accreditation activities for the three ACGME residency programs, MMS-delegated CME, and liaison with medical schools that educate students at BMC.

The role enables the DIO to focus on clinical practice, research, and teaching. You will plan annual cycles, monitor core requirements, and supervise CME and resident education with program directors

Qualifications

• Two years experience in an educational or health care setting.
• BA degree in liberal arts or a related health care or education field.
• Preferred master’s degree in education, library science, or related health-care field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accreditation for ACGME residency programs at BMC.
• Oversee MMS-delegated CME accreditation activities.
• Liaise with medical schools that educate students at BMC (BMC and affiliates).
• Guide annual accreditation planning and five-year horizons to ensure continued good standing.
• Coordinate CME planning, implementation, and evaluation with the CME Coordinator.
