Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a meticulous Medical Editor for a 12-month W2 hourly contract in Mettawa, IL onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You will oversee editorial reviews, fact-checking, and electronic approvals for promotional, non-promotional, and internal materials, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will prepare FDA Ad Promo submission packages (including Form 2253) and collaborate with Marketing Operations to align on approvals and PRC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or science related discipline or related work experience.
• Preferred: 3 years in regulatory, quality or related area.

Responsibilities

• Editorial review & fact-checking for promotional, non-promotional, and internal materials.
• Manage the review and approval lifecycle using electronic approval systems.
• Prepare FDA Ad Promo submission packages, including Form 2253 and cover letters.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and attend PRC meetings for editorial queries.
• Contribute to departmental SOPs and process-improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will oversee the review, fact-checking, and electronic approval workflows for promotional, non-promotional, and internal materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams and Marketing Operations, you will support Promotional Review Committee meeting discussions, ensure alignment with departmental SOPs, and prepare FDA Ad Promo (OPDP) submission packages and documentation.
