Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health, economics, mathematics/actuarial sciences or related field.
• 5 years of Medical Economics, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics or actuarial services in the health care payer sector.
• Strong coding background (R, Python, SQL) and dashboard experience with Tableau/Power BI.
• Knowledge of data extraction and quality checks from multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-ready financial reports and dashboards showing program impact.
• Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets using SAS, SQL, or related tools.
• Provide insights and opportunities by projecting savings and tracking program outcomes.
• Present findings to senior leadership with clear, concise communication.
