Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health, Economics or related area.
• Master's degree preferred (Business, Health, Economics, Math/Actuarial Sciences or related).
• 5+ years in Medical Economics, Healthcare Analytics, Informatics or Actuarial Services in health payer sector.
• Strong coding background and dashboards experience (Tableau, Power BI, or R Shiny).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic/tactical insights into medical cost trends and craft executive-ready presentations.
• Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets using SAS, SQL or similar tools.
• Offer savings opportunity assessments and support post-implementation measures.
• Develop fact-based medical cost analytics and present drivers to partners.
• Communicate analytics results clearly to business partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to build the full analytical story.
