MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Fargo, ND to safely drive a company vehicle and transport lab specimens, medical records, and supplies. You will use a handheld scanner to track items, follow schedules, and present a professional image to clients while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable with technology.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, and supplies in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load/unload vehicles and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Demonstrate safe, courteous driving and adapt to route changes.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to ensure reliable service.
