Job summary

MedSpeed is hiring a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Fargo, ND. The role is full-time with standard Monday–Friday hours and a company vehicle provided. You will drive, transport specimens and supplies, use a handheld scanner, and uphold safety and professional standards.

Qualifications include being 19+, valid driver’s license for 3+ years, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to pass background and drug screens. Vaccination may be required by location.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Must pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
• Must have an active chauffeur's license or be willing to obtain one.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination depending on location and local mandates.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat and orderly vehicle.
• Route duties vary; perform duties across routes as assigned.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability with teammates and clients.
• Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
