MedSpeed is hiring a Medical Driver in San Diego, CA to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays and related materials in a company-owned vehicle. The driver will follow schedules, observe safety rules, and support a collaborative team in a fast-paced healthcare logistics environment.

The role offers a full-time schedule with hours Monday–Tuesday: 9:30 pm–6:00 am. Vaccination with booster is required by some locations.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and using a hand-held scanner.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload items safely.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Coordinate routes and adapt to different client needs across routes.
