Job summary

The position offers a full-time schedule with a salary range of $94,900 to $157,295 and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with relocation assistance possible. Continued education and QA participation are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in dosimetry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Certification or eligible for certification as a Medical Dosimetrist.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as necessary.
• Experience using Truebeam and Trilogy treatment machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs an effective treatment plan by computed dose and field placement to prescriptions.
• Ensure dose-limiting structures are considered and documented.
• Verify patient prescription, diagnosis, and identification and design plan with patient privacy in mind.
• Maintain documentation of treatment plans and related documents.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Improvement activities.
• Communicate with Radiation Therapists on treatment plan implementation.
• Perform calculations for accurate delivery and verify accuracy of calculations.
