Hammocks Veterinary Hospital in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our growing veterinary team. This role focuses on medical excellence, team leadership, mentorship, and practice growth while maintaining outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Hammocks Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Director to lead our growing veterinary team in Miami, Florida. Since 1989, our full-service veterinary hospital has delivered high-quality care through comprehensive wellness services, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and treatment of complex medical conditions. As Medical Director, you will help shape the clinical vision of the hospital, support team development, and drive a culture of collaboration and excellence.
