Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary team, ensuring the highest standards of medical care.
• Oversee and develop medical protocols and procedures across the clinic.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, such as digital radiographs and ultrasound, in patient management and treatment.
• Lead and participate in continuing education and staff development opportunities.
• Collaborate with hospital management on strategic planning and practice growth.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through clear and compassionate communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited school.
• Valid veterinary license in Michigan.
• 3+ years of veterinary practice experience; leadership or management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
