Upperline Health is seeking a Medical Director for the Kentucky market to advance clinical excellence, engage providers and lead clinical value-based care across the region.

This role blends patient care, clinical leadership, and VBC program management, with hands-on coaching of nurse practitioners and a small patient panel, 30–50% clinic time, and a focus on optimizing care delivery.

Formación

• MD or DO required and board certified in a primary care or internal medicine specialty.
• Active license to practice in Kentucky with willingness for multi-state licensure.
• Approximately 5 years of outpatient practice experience with high-risk patient populations.
