Key Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Strategy: Direct clinical operations and implement evidence‑based guidelines to maximize patient care quality.
• Mentor Medical Staff: Provide leadership, support, and professional development guidance to physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and clinical staff.
• Deliver Full‑Spectrum Care: Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine services to a diverse patient population across all lifespans.
• Drive Quality Improvement: Collaborate with healthcare executives to improve performance metrics, streamline workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster Collaboration: Maintain a highly communicative, team‑based environment within a high‑volume practice layout.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
