Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent physician credentialed for academic medical work.
• Minimum five years of formal experience in medical simulation.
• Primary academic focus on simulation; education/research accepted.
• Instructor status in PALS/ACLS/NRP/ATLS as applicable.
• Familiarity with patient simulation services and instructional tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CSR leadership on development and delivery of simulation-based education.
• Oversee recruitment, support and development of CSR staff.
• Lead evaluation of staff management practices and program outcomes.
• Maintain CSR accreditation with the Society for Simulation in Healthcare.
• Co-lead monthly staff meetings and annual strategy sessions.
• Represent CSR in internal and external simulation-focused forums.
