Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Education or related health discipline required.
• Experience in curriculum development and evaluation in simulation-based education encouraged.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and leadership in education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of curricula and simulation-based courses.
• Foster pedagogical innovation and curricular rigor across the learner continuum.
• Coordinate educational research initiatives and disseminate findings.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for clinicians, staff, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
