IMP Locum Tenens, LLC is seeking a Center Clinical Medical Director in Gladiolus, FL to lead a senior-focused primary care center. The role offers a base salary of $280,000–$300,000 with a bonus up to 20% and an emphasis on value-based care and patient outcomes.

The Center Medical Director will manage PCPs and NPs, oversee clinical operations, and participate in leadership and center performance initiatives. Comprehensive benefits and relocation support are included.

COMPENSATION: $270-$300k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Manage PCP’s and NP’s
Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
