Job summary

VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting a Physician (Primary Care) to deliver comprehensive primary care to Veterans and lead a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) in a busy clinical setting.

You will manage a defined patient panel, collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, mental health, nutrition, and other services, and ensure high-quality, people-centered care within the VA system.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen per VA policy.
• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent from a VA-approved school.
• Current full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state/territory/DC.
• Residency training approved by VA/ACGME or AOA leading to board eligibility.
• ABMS or AOA board certification in the indicated specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a defined panel of Veterans.
• Lead and supervise a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) within Primary Care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
• Document clinical encounters thoroughly in the medical record.
