Qualifications

• MD with oncology/hematology foundation and training.
• Post-training clinical, academic, or industry experience.
• 1-3 years for Associate Medical Director level.
• 3-5+ years for Medical Director level.
• Familiarity with clinical trial design or early-phase development valued.
• Ability to operate in a matrix-driven environment and align multiple stakeholders.
• Experience translating clinical and molecular concepts for non-clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as core medical expert unblocking high-volume data requests across oncologic diseases and complex biomarker profiles.
• Partner with clients to demonstrate how clinical-molecular datasets can drive discovery and validate hypotheses in real-world cohorts.
• Apply development and trial design principles to bridge endpoints and real-world evidence for niche trials.
• Provide clinical and molecular data expertise to support pre-sales, scoping, and solution building.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex dataset deliveries and client requests.
• Support internal training and documentation on rare biomarker cohorts and molecular data structures.
• Contribute to research study projects and present at scientific conferences.
