Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Medical Director/Lead Physician in Colorado to lead a talent team. The role combines clinical patient care with administrative duties, overseeing occupational medicine and workers' compensation services.

Expect a balanced schedule and leadership responsibilities within a growing organization. Salary ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 per year with relocation support and comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, CME time off, 401K matching, and generous insurance offerings.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certification in Occupational/Family/Internal/Emergency Medicine or Orthopedics required
• Experience in occupational medicine and/or worker's compensation
• DEA licensure current
• BLS certification
• FMCSA certification for DOT exams within 60 days of hire
• Active CO medical license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership as Medical Director/Lead Physician.
• Balance clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Oversight of occupational medicine and workers' compensation services.

We are looking for a Medical Director/Lead Physician to complete a talent team.

Job Details

Medical Director / Lead Physician (M.D./DO):

• Monday - Friday (9-5pm)
• 2 patients/hour
• Balanced mix of clinical/administrative

Qualifications

• M.D. or DO Required
• Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and/or Orthopedics required
• Must have experience occupational medicine and/or worker's compensation or related specialty
• Current DEA licensure
• BLS Certified
• FMCSA Certification for DOT exams (within 60‑days of hire)
• Active CO Medical License in good standing
