Job Details

Lead Physician (M.D./DO):

The Lead Physician will provide direct patient care with administrative leadership (60/40). The Lead Physician will treat patients, support fellow providers, and work with Senior Leadership to help drive the clinic performance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO Required
• Prefer experience in Occupational Medicine, Industrial Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or related specialty areas
• DOT Certified
• Current DEA licensure
• Active AZ Medical License in good standing
