Job description

Medical Director of an HIV Clinic in the Atlanta, GA area

Job Description

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Infectious Disease
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Seeing approximately 15-18 patients per day
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena
  • Shared call coverage is handled via phone calls only
  • Administrative time is allocated within the clinic schedule for administrative tasks
  • Bonuses: $100 per patient for seeing more than 14 patients per day, paid biweekly (additional $96,000 annually)
  • Retention bonus of $100,000 and a sign-on bonus of $10,000
  • Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
  • Benefits include malpractice and tail coverage, 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, 3 weeks of PTO (increasing to 4 weeks after 2 years), relocation assistance, 5 days of CME with a stipend of $3,500 per year
