Center Medical Director Primary Care Outpatient

COMPENSATION: $280,000-$300,000, OTE $350,000+

Role:

• Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday; Clinic Hours 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
• Active Medical License in the state of employment
• MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice; leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to travel locally and regionally
