Community Health Alliance (CHA) in Reno/Sparks, Nevada, seeks a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership, strengthen care delivery, support providers and care teams, and advance our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare.

The Medical Director may be a Physician (MD/DO) or Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA), whose leadership, experience, and clinical expertise align with CHA's needs. This role is full-time, on-site, with a focus on PCMH and team-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD/DO, NP, PA or equivalent.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or primary care specialty.
• Current Nevada license and DEA registration, if applicable.
• CHA credentialing and privileging requirements met.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to CHA health centers and teams.
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and policy development.
• Oversee provider development, supervision, and education.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical strategy and operations.
• Represent CHA in community and professional settings.
