Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Director/Global Medical Indication Lead (FSP) based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. This fully remote position involves leading clinical development in Nephrology, with travel requirements of approximately 10-20%, potentially international.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic medical insight throughout all development stages and own the Clinical Development Plan.
• Manage and mentor global Clinical Trial Physicians, ensuring high-quality medical support.
• Oversee medical aspects of studies, ensuring compliance and harmonization across trials.
• Lead medical advisory boards and contribute to building a top-tier development medical team.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree; Board-certified Nephrologist preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech drug development, with a focus on Nephrology or Immunology.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and willingness to travel.
